Liv Kissper, MSc
Liv Kissper is an author and transformational coach in the field of nonduality, with a formal background in Transpersonal Psychology and consciousness studies.
Formerly identifying as an empath and highly sensitive person, Liv spent years trapped in a cycle of managing anxiety through meditation and healing practices. Her search for peace led her across the globe—through countless spiritual techniques, medicinal ceremonies, and two psychology degrees. She became, in her own words, a self-improvement and spiritual obsessee.
Despite her dedication and achievements, anxiety persisted. The more she sought inner peace, the more elusive it became—until she discovered the radical clarity of nonduality and the power of dissolving the stories beneath the search itself.
“Nothing humbles you faster than realizing your entire identity is just a collection of well-rehearsed coping mechanisms keeping you stuck,” she says.
Liv’s work isn’t philosophical or theoretical. It’s rooted in thousands of hours of deep inner exploration—both personally and with clients—into the invisible world of fear, identity, and the narratives that perpetuate our seeking. Her approach helps people end the exhausting pursuit of self-fixing and return to the wholeness that was never out of reach.
